Master Ten dynamic breathing techniques! If your body was a symphony, breathing would be the conductor.
Unless you have an absolutely debilitating breathing disease
or condition, the average person can improve their breathing capacity and
health. Looked at from the perspective of the lungs being a muscle, it can be
trained and strengthened with practice. These breathing techniques have been developed over thousands
of years. I have added my own 40+ years instructional experience to these ten
techniques, to give the student the optimum in a healthy breathing fitness
regimen. The breathing fitness program is organized to provide learning
options from either standing, sitting or kneeling positions, depending on the
students needs and situation. Anywhere from your office to your living room these breathing
techniques may be practiced. My mission is to bring healthy breathing habits back to the
general public.
